| An additional $40 charge per cottage, per night, is in effect over holiday periods, which allows for holiday amenities, entertainment, children's programs, and parties.
Holiday rates will be effective over the following dates:
November 25– 29, 2009
December 19, 2009– January 2, 2010
March 27 – April 11, 2010
We respectfully require a 90-day cancellation notice over holiday periods in order to refund your deposit.
Please note that only our Ranch (Full American) Plan is offered over holiday periods.
